Well, I got my Dell Axim x51v in the mail a few weeks ago, I have been messing around with it to see what it can do. I thought it would be nice if I could type with a handheld keyboard (so I can write journal entries on the fly or something). But they cost $60.
I have a keyboard that I used for my Palm Zire 72, but it says “PALM” on the outside, and the CD that came with it has only palm software on it (it being from “Palm.com”). Bummer.
Then I did some research on the internet, found out who the manufacturer of my keyboard is (www.thinkoutside.com), and went to their website. I found that they made a Pocket PC driver for this keyboard. I downloaded it, installed it, and lo and behold…..my Palm keyboard can be used for my Dell Axim! Whoo-hoo!
