According to the people that know, Circuit City is closing, for good. Not just bankrupt. Not a reorganization, closed! I hate to say I told you so, but I told you so.
I also told them, and I guess it was too little too late. Why did they go out of business when other places like Best Buy are doing fine (AFAIK)? Because they treat their customers like trash, and you can’t do that and stay in business for long.
Goodbye Circuit City. Good riddance.

I agree, but Best Buy treats their customers like trash, too. And, they aren’t doing great. Good enough, apparently. But, not great.
I have never had a problem with Best Buy customer service. I’ve had problems with Best Buy, but when I bring the problem to their attention, they fix it.
I’ve had multiple problems with their customer service and they have filed bankruptcy at least once and had to close multiple stores. So they keep on keeping on at our (taxpayers) expense.
I’m sorry. I was under the impression that Circuit City was totally out of business. Do you have different information?
Oh no. I was referring to Best Buy still š
